What the job is
We are looking for a Lead Realty Specialist to work at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This person will help manage all real property for the Army installation. They will be an expert in space use and property rules.

What you will do
You will share the work load with other staff. You will keep track of tasks and adjust priorities. You will update the inventory of Army property. You will talk with buyers who want government property. You will count buildings and other items on the base. You will check that property is used correctly. You will write documents that describe each piece of land or building. You will find the best way to use the property. You will help prepare the annual property survey. You will solve disputes about property damage or boundaries.

What you need
You should have a Bachelor Degree or higher. You should have good knowledge of real estate. You should be able to read and write clearly. You should be comfortable with numbers and records. You should have at least 5 years of related work.
