What the job is
We work for the U.S. Marine Corps in Oceanside, California. You will help Marines and their families buy items at the Marine Corps Exchange. The team has soldiers, civilians, contractors, and volunteers.

What you will do
You will give customers good product advice and help them shop. You will meet sales targets. You will teach new staff about products. You may work at the checkout, in a department, or at the customer service desk. You will report to the Sales Manager. You will help plan sales events and promotions. You will keep the store looking good and safe. You will solve customer problems quickly.

What you need
You must be friendly and helpful. You need good communication skills. You must be able to lift up to 20 lbs by yourself and more with help. You should know how to use a computer. Experience in sales is helpful.
