What the job is
The United States Space Force in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is hiring a Space Engineer to work on space surveillance and orbital analysis. You will help protect space missions by solving complex problems related to satellites and space objects.

What you will do
- Analyze satellite movements and assess risks in space.
- Test and improve algorithms used for space control.
- Advise leaders on space safety and future plans.
- Lead projects, mentor new engineers, and represent the team at meetings.

What you need
- A bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field from an accredited school.
- At least 4 years of experience in astrodynamics, space surveillance, or related fields.
- Strong math, physics, and engineering skills.
- Experience with modeling, simulation, and computer systems for space missions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
