What the job is
This is a management role in Great Lakes, Illinois, to support the MWR Director in planning, organizing, and overseeing support services like administration, finance, and IT for Navy Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) programs.

What you will do
Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations of MWR programs. Manage budgets, improve processes, and ensure compliance with rules. Oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews. Help develop business plans, track finances, and find new ways to generate revenue. Ensure safety, security, and proper record-keeping for all MWR activities. May stand in for the MWR Director when needed.

What you need
Experience in management, administration, or finance. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and work with teams. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and customer service standards.

What you will get
