What you will do
Help children develop social skills like making friends and solving conflicts. Encourage healthy choices, such as picking good snacks or fun activities. Support kids in building self-help and school-ready skills. Plan and lead activities that meet their physical, social, emotional, and learning needs. Follow special instructions from parents, like dietary or physical needs. Set up and maintain indoor and outdoor activity areas. Watch over children during activities, field trips, and events to keep them safe. Report any signs of illness, abuse, or neglect. Talk to parents and staff about the program and their child’s progress. Help with program assessments and follow rules for safety and compliance.
