What the job is
The Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) in West Roxbury, Massachusetts is hiring full-time Food Service Workers to serve customers in its cafes and retail markets. You will work in a fast-paced environment, helping veterans and staff at the VA Medical Center.

What you will do
- Make drinks like coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and smoothies
- Prepare and assemble food items like sandwiches, wraps, pancakes, and burritos
- Keep the workplace, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
- Store food properly to keep it fresh and safe
- Follow instructions for food preparation and safety
- Work in areas with hot and cold temperatures
- Complete other tasks as assigned
