What the job is
This is a job with the Army National Guard in Salina, Kansas. You will work as an IT Support Specialist to help with computer and software issues.

What you will do
- Help users install and use computers, printers, and software.
- Fix problems with hardware and software.
- Keep records of the work you do in a tracking system.
- Answer help center calls and make sure issues are resolved.
- Work a compressed schedule: 5 days one week, 4 days the next (8-hour to 9-hour days).
- May work from home in emergencies or unscheduled situations.
