What the job is
This is a supervisor role with the Ohio Army National Guard in Newton Falls, Ohio. You will lead a team that maintains and repairs vehicles and equipment.

What you will do
Plan and organize daily and monthly work for your team. Assign tasks, check work quality, and solve problems like high costs or low productivity. Ensure safety rules are followed and tools, parts, and equipment are available. Manage budgets, track repairs, and coordinate with other teams. Train and evaluate your team, approve leave, and help with promotions. You may also perform hands-on maintenance work when needed.

What you need
You must be a member of the Ohio Army National Guard or eligible to join. Males born after December 31, 1959, must be registered for Selective Service. You must pass a background check. Military rank between E-9 and CW4 is required within one year of starting the job.

What you will get
A salary between $34.48 and $40.28 per hour. Full-time position with benefits.
