What the job is
This is a job at a School Age Center or Youth Center on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) in Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. You will work with children and youth, helping to keep them safe and engaged in fun activities. The job is open to people aged 18 and older. You can work flexible hours (up to 40 hours per week) or regular hours (20 to 40 hours per week).

What you will do
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children and youth during activities, field trips, and events.
- Help plan and lead age-appropriate activities for kids and teens.
- Serve snacks or meals and assist with daily routines.
- Follow program rules and policies.
- May need to transport children in government vehicles.
- Assist with inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Work with staff, parents, and management to share updates about activities.

What you need
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No prior experience is required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with children of different ages.
