What the job is
This job is at a School Age Center or Youth Center on Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. You will work with children and youth, keeping them safe and engaged in fun activities. The job is open to people aged 18 and older. You can work flexible hours (up to 40 hours per week) or regular hours (20 to 40 hours per week).

What you will do
You will supervise children and youth during activities, field trips, and events. You will help plan and lead age-appropriate activities, serve snacks or meals, and follow safety rules. You may also drive children in government vehicles. Depending on your level, you might coordinate activities, brief parents and staff, or assist with daily schedules.

What you need
No specific experience is required for the entry-level position. You will follow instructions and help with planned activities. For higher levels, you will take on more responsibilities like planning and leading activities.
