What the job is
This is a job at a School Age Center or Youth Center on JBER in Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. You will work with children and youth, helping to keep them safe and engaged in fun activities. The job is open to anyone 18 or older. You can work flexible hours (up to 40 hours per week) or regular hours (20 to 40 hours per week).

What you will do
You will supervise and care for children and youth during activities, field trips, and events. You will help plan and lead age-appropriate activities, serve snacks or meals, and follow program rules. Depending on your level, you may also help coordinate activities, manage supplies, and communicate with parents and staff. Entry-level workers will follow simple instructions and assist with daily tasks.

What you need
You must be at least 18 years old. No specific experience is required for the entry level, but higher levels may need more skills. You will work on-site at the center.
