What the job is
This is a job at a School Age Center or Youth Center on Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. You will work with children and youth, helping to keep them safe and engaged in fun activities. You can work flexible hours (up to 40 hours a week) or regular hours (20 to 40 hours a week). Bonus: You may get up to $2,000 as a signing bonus and a discount on child care if you work here.

What you will do
- Supervise and care for children and youth during activities, trips, and events
- Help plan and run age-appropriate games, lessons, and other activities
- Serve snacks or meals and make sure the environment is welcoming
- Follow safety rules and program policies
- At higher levels, you may lead activities, brief parents, and manage supplies
- At entry level, you will assist with simple tasks and help with daily routines

What you need
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No specific degree required, but experience with children is helpful
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

What you will get
- Hourly pay between $20 and $24.60
