- Monitor and manage complex IT contracts, including those worth over $30 million.
- Provide expert advice on IT purchases to agency leaders.
- Track contract spending, payments, and unresolved financial obligations.
- Work with leadership to plan long-term IT purchasing strategies.
- Hold regular meetings with vendors to review progress and resolve issues.
