What the job is
This is a leadership role for a doctor at Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. You will oversee the Family Practice and Allergy/Immunization Clinics. The workplace is tobacco-free.

What you will do
- Lead and supervise the Family Practice team, including doctors, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Plan, direct, and improve clinic operations, medical treatments, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure quality care by reviewing clinic policies, procedures, and programs.
- Set short-term and long-term goals for the department and manage staffing needs.
- Analyze work methods and make changes to improve efficiency.
- Work with other clinic leaders to discuss staffing, projects, equipment, and policies.
- Hire, train, and evaluate Family Practice staff.
- Attend meetings and committees to discuss clinic improvements.
- Treat patients with complex or rare conditions, providing examinations, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Supervise medical students or other healthcare providers when needed.

What you need
- Must be a board-certified physician in Family Practice.
- Experience in managing a medical team and clinic operations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
