What the job is
This is a leadership role for a Family Practice doctor at Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. You will oversee the Family Practice and Allergy/Immunization Clinics. This is a government job, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis as openings become available.

What you will do
- Lead and supervise the Family Practice and Allergy/Immunization Clinics.
- Plan, direct, and oversee all clinic activities, including medical treatment, staff training, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure the clinic follows quality standards, reviews risks, and improves processes as needed.
- Set short and long-term goals for the clinic, including staffing and program changes.
- Work with other clinic leaders to coordinate projects, policies, and equipment needs.
- Hire, train, and evaluate the Family Practice staff.
- Treat patients with complex or rare health issues, providing exams, diagnoses, and care.
- Supervise medical students or other healthcare providers when needed.
- Attend meetings and suggest improvements to medical services.

What you need
- Must be a board-certified Family Practice doctor.
- Experience in leadership or supervision is required.
- Ability to handle complex medical cases and administrative duties.

- Salary range: $123,077 to $350,000 per year.
