What the job is
This job is for a Custodial Supervisor at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. You will oversee a team that cleans and maintains temporary housing facilities for military personnel and their families.

What you will do
- Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff.
- Plan and assign daily cleaning tasks and schedules.
- Ensure work is done on time and meets quality standards.
- Inspect completed work and resolve any issues.
- Hire, train, and manage staff, including handling leave requests and discipline.
- Follow safety and housekeeping rules.
- May also perform cleaning duties when needed.

What you need
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and reaching for long periods.
- Experience in supervising or managing a team is helpful.

What you will get
- Part-time work, 20 to 34 hours per week, with a chance to work up to 40 hours.
- Hourly pay between $22.25 and $23.16.
