What the job is
We are hiring part-time Food Service Workers for our cafes and retail markets at the Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) in Fayetteville, North Carolina. You will serve America’s veterans in a fast-paced food service environment.

What you will do
- Make drinks like coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and smoothies.
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, wraps, pancakes, and burritos.
- Keep the workplace, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary.
- Store food properly to keep it fresh.
- Follow instructions to prepare food as ordered.
- Work in hot and cold temperatures.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.

What you need
- Must complete a 1-year trial period to assess your performance and fit for the role.
- Males born after December 31, 1959, must be registered with Selective Service.
- Must pass a background check.

What you will get
- A salary of $18.32 per hour.
