What the job is
This is a senior leadership role for a nurse at a large facility in Pearsall, Texas. You will help manage the nursing department and ensure patients receive excellent care. This job is at a facility with over 500 beds. You must be a current USPHS officer to apply.
What you will do
You will supervise the nursing team and check their work quality. You will help create patient care plans and work with doctors. You will manage staff schedules and training. You will also lead the department when the main Nurse Manager is not there.
What you need
You must be a current USPHS officer. You need a valid RN license and at least 5 years of nursing experience. You should be able to lead a team and follow healthcare laws. CAD candidates are not allowed to apply for this role.
What you will get
You will earn a salary between 1 and 150000 per year. You will work in a professional senior role within the healthcare industry.
