What the job is
You will work as a nursing leader at a large medical facility in Pearsall, Texas. You will help manage nursing services and make sure everything follows the law and health standards. This role is at a big building with many beds and busy medical needs.
What you will do
You will lead and supervise the nursing staff. You will work with other managers to plan patient care and check that it is done well. You will also fill in for the main Nurse Manager when they are away. You will talk to patients and other health workers to solve problems and improve health services.
What you need
You must be a current USPHS officer. You need a valid Registered Nurse license. You must have at least 5 years of experience working as a nurse. You should know how to lead people and understand nursing rules. USPHS Call to Active Duty candidates cannot apply for this specific role.
What you will get
You will receive a salary between 1 and 150,000. You will work in a professional environment helping with important health missions.
