What the job is
This is a full-time IT Specialist role in Des Moines, Iowa. You will help people with computers and other tech.

What you will do
- Answer phone calls and help people in person.
- Fix problems with software and hardware.
- Move and set up computers and other equipment.
- Keep records of problems and suggest improvements.
- Update computers with standard settings.
- Remove old accounts and train others.
- Keep the help desk records accurate.
- Organize cables and labels.

What you need
- Ability to solve problems.
- Basic knowledge of computers and phones.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to move equipment up to 50 pounds.

- A salary between $89,508 and $116,362.
- A Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
