What the job is
This job is for an Experience Specialist at the Marine Corps Exchange in Kaneohe, Hawaii. You will help Marines and their families by giving good customer service and making sure the store runs well.

What you will do
- Lead the customer service desk or checkout area.
- Use the point of sale system to sell and return items.
- Help the manager run sales, promotions, and events.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Talk to customers in a friendly way and solve their problems.
- Teach teammates how to handle sales and returns.
- Keep track of inventory and report problems.
- Make sure the store follows safety rules.
- Do light lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Do other tasks as needed.
