What you will do
Plan and keep the building, grounds, and equipment in good shape. Fix problems when they happen. Check the place for safety. Work with heating, air, plumbing, and electrical systems. Keep track of all government property. Work with IT and other offices to manage equipment.

What you need
You must be a U.S. citizen and register for Selective Service if you are a man born after 1959. You must pass a background check. You must have a valid REAL ID. You should be able to do basic maintenance work and follow safety rules.
