This job is for a Heavy Mobile Equipment Repairer in Fort Devens, Massachusetts. You will work for the U.S. Army Reserve Command.
What you will do
- Troubleshoot and fix construction, industrial, combat, tactical, and power generation equipment.
- Replace parts in cooling, braking, exhaust, power train, or hydraulic systems on vehicles.
- Remove, adjust or replace worn parts.
- Inspect vehicles and do routine maintenance.
- Help senior technicians with major repairs like engines, transmissions, and steering.
- Drive vehicles to test your work.
