What the job is
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Muskogee, Oklahoma, is hiring experienced lawyers to work as federal prosecutors. You will handle important criminal cases for the government. This is a full-time job based in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

What you will do
You will investigate and prosecute federal crimes. You will work with law enforcement, research laws, prepare cases, and present them in court. Over time, you will take on more complex cases.

What you need
You must be a licensed attorney with experience in criminal law. Federal prosecution experience is preferred. You need strong communication and organizational skills. You must live in or near Muskogee, Oklahoma (within 25 miles). If you are a male born after December 31, 1959, you must have registered with the Selective Service System.
