What you will do

You will fix sewage, water, and fire sprinkler systems. You will test electrical and mechanical equipment. You will maintain small motors and valves. You will adjust temperature controls. You will start and stop air handling units.

What you need
You should know how to read blueprints. You should have experience with pipes and mechanical systems. You should be able to use tools and test equipment.
